Sunrise over Glenmarie Garden Course
Sixteen Kloggers attended Glenmarie to play the Garden course, the course was in good condition with the greens running well and true. Play got off slightly late due to 7 flights of an Alumni competition teeing off in front with a two-tee box start. We had only played 3 holes when the rain started after sheltering after hole 4 for half an hour play resumed. Play continued to be slow and we finished at 1:45pm.

We adjourned to Restaurant Twelve Roads for lunch and prize giving. The food as ever was high quality and accompanied by copious amount of beer and wine. Our usual groupie Andrew Robinson joined us for lunch. Vice Pres welcomed our guests Partha, Martin Middleton and David Lake all playing their second games and Brett Syers playing his first.
EL PRES was absent drowning his sorrows watching his beloved football team perform badly. Vice Pres therefore started proceedings by asking who had supported Scotland in their recent defeat to Germany. The answer was no one. Everyone present were each fined 10Rm for showing disrespect to our absent leader.

As expected Vice Pres overwhelming won the vote.
The COTD mug was missing from the Blue bag Vice Pre therefore improvised not realising he would be doing the drinking.
