Ricardo’s wine sponsor is Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges, a Portuguese winemaker founded in 1884 by brothers António and Francisco Borges. The company owns estates across three of Portugal’s classic wine regions — Vinho Verde, Douro and Dão — and is best known internationally for its Port wines and sparkling labels like Fita Azul and Gatão.
