Scribe Report
January, 2013
KGSAAS – AGM
A total of 21 registered but only 19 showed up, with only 18 participating in the game of the day – if not of the year. El Prez retired from play for the day to make things a little easier with just 5 flights of 4 balls without ending up with three of four 3 ball groups. We were respectfully quiet and thankful for that as it was above the call of duty to watch him struggle to triple bogies with his hip problem. Pleased to advise that has been repaired/replaced and he is home from the hospital. It has been reported his physical therapy includes complete oil massages daily from some expert from Thailand. He is looking forward to his next physical therapy sessions and joining us again in the reasonably near future. The Scribe could not join the game due to the return of an old friend. His leprosy was acting up again and he had to get a chuck removed from his beautiful body. Not to worry – it is only the slightly contagious version of leprosy.

It became obvious that some 38.88% or 7 of the 18 players recorded scores in the 80’s. Another 38.88% or 7 or the 18 players recorded scores in the 90’s. The remainder of the pack broke the magical 100 barrier and had a good time playing.
At the end of the day, the results were:

It was especially good to welcome Ian Craighead after an absence of over 3 years. As one of our rare Life Members we hope to be seeing him again, more frequently, in 2013.
