Scribe Report –
Glenmarie Valley – AGM Game
17th January 2025
To take advantage of the excellent Glenmarie Valley course we played on Thursday. In spite of the persistent heavy rain the course played remarkably well, it was a little soggy in places and it was buggy on track. The days play didn’t start well for Allan Wright, at the buggy station his clubs were nowhere to be seen. The flights on tee box 10 were swiftly re-arranged to allow play to get under way. Allan teed off using hired clubs provided by the course. On the second tee his clubs arrived having been “borrowed “
by a local professional conducting a lesson on the course. Play was fast and we finished in good time.
